GRAMMY-winning pianist Gloria Cheng is joined by members of the LA Opera Orchestra: bassoonist Judith Farmer, clarinetist Donald Foster and oboist Jennifer Cullinan for this November 2020 program, broadcast in a series of three episodes for online viewing. Each episode features recently recorded performances and includes interviews and commentary by the composers Billy Childs and Gernot Wolfgang, whose work Decisions .. is a World Premiere. Video introductions from Esa-Pekka Salonen, John Harbison, Stephen Andrew Taylor and Kay Rhie accompany the performances of their works.
