COVID-19 Safety Protocols summary: Pittance Chamber Music is committed to the health and safety of its patrons, artists and staff. At this time, we require a photo ID (if age 18+) and proof of full vaccination, including a booster dose (if eligible). Individuals who are not fully vaccinated or do not show proof of vaccination must provide proof of a negative test: PCR test taken two days in advance, antigen test taken one day in advance. Face masks are optional, but strongly recommended. Masks will be provided if requested. Distancing will be observed in the seating areas.
Vaccination Policy: “Full vaccination” means that date of the concert you attend must be 14 days after your final dose. For example, for the April 23rd concert, your final dose must have been administered on or before April 9th. At this time we are not admitting children under the age of 5, who are not eligible for vaccination.
Booster Requirement: By April 23rd, all audience members who are eligible must have received a COVID-19 booster dose. Moderna recipients ages 18+ and Pfizer recipients 12+ become eligible for a booster 6 months after their second vaccine dose. J & J vaccine recipients ages 18+ become eligible for a booster 2 months after their initial vaccine. For more information please see the CDC’s guidance on boosters here.
One-month grace period (for booster): After becoming eligible for a booster, audience members have one month to receive a booster dose. If one month’s time has passed and a booster has not been received, entry will not be permitted.
What to bring with you: Your ticket, a photo ID (for patrons 18+) and either a hard copy of your vaccination card, a photo of your card or a digital vaccination record.
Masks: Masks are optional but strongly recommended. Masks will be provided if requested.
Distancing: The sanctuary of First United Methodist Church Pasadena is very spacious. Audience members can easily maintain a safe distance between one another while seated in the pews. The balcony will be open, however please note that the church does not allow seating in the front row of the balcony. The balcony can be accessed via the stairs or an elevator located near the exit on the west side of the church (the parking lot side).
Stay home if you are ill: If you are sick or have COVID-19 symptoms, have been exposed to someone that you know to have been infected, or if you are subject to a quarantine order, please stay home.
Cannot attend? If you cannot attend and would like to request a ticket refund please email us at info@pittancechambermusic.org.
We greatly appreciate your patience as we work to create a safe and comfortable environment for live performances.
